1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Norvex Digital website and the services provided by Norvex Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. For project-specific work, additional terms may be outlined in your proposal or service agreement, which will take precedence where they differ from these general terms.

2

Our Services

Norvex Digital provides professional web development and related digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web Design
  • Web Development
  • Hosting Management
  • Domain Management
  • CMS Development
  • Ongoing Support

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined within individual proposals and service agreements. Services outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3

Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule, clients are responsible for providing the following within reasonable timescales:

  • Content
  • Information
  • Assets
  • Feedback

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect project timelines. We will communicate any impact on delivery dates promptly and work with you to keep the project on track.

4

Project Process & Communication

All active projects are managed through the Norvex Client Dashboard — a secure portal designed to keep communication, files, and progress in one place. Through the dashboard, clients can:

  • View project updates
  • Review deliverables
  • Approve milestones
  • Send messages
  • Leave feedback
  • Upload files
  • View invoices
  • Track progress

This centralised approach reduces email clutter, ensures nothing is lost, and gives you full visibility into your project at every stage. Access credentials are provided upon project commencement.

5

Payments & Invoicing

Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and milestone-based billing are outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are issued according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Invoices are accessible through the client dashboard
  • Payment is due within the timeframe stated on each invoice
  • Late payments may result in paused work until the account is settled

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Any third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, or licensed software) are billed separately where applicable.

6

Revisions & Feedback

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope and design direction.

Additional revisions beyond those included, or changes that alter the original scope, may be quoted as out-of-scope work. We will always confirm any additional costs before proceeding.

Feedback should be consolidated and submitted through the client dashboard where possible, to ensure clear tracking and efficient implementation.

7

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. This typically includes custom design assets, code, and content created specifically for your project.

Norvex Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party components, frameworks, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences.

8

Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during a project as confidential. This includes business details, credentials, content, and any proprietary information provided for the purpose of delivering our services.

We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services (such as hosting providers) or as required by law.

9

Limitation of Liability

Norvex Digital provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites, particularly where third-party services, hosting, or client-managed content is involved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, including any non-refundable deposits as outlined in the project agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met, or if the working relationship becomes unworkable despite reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

11

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For active projects, the terms in effect at the time of your agreement will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. See also our Privacy Policy.
