Each provider maintains its own privacy policy. We choose services with strong security practices and, where possible, UK or EU data hosting.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary:
- Enquiry and contact form data — typically up to 24 months if no project proceeds
- Client portal and project data — for the duration of the project and support period
- Contract and invoice records — up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes
- Analytics data — according to Google Analytics retention settings (if consented)
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated portal access, role-based permissions, and secure cloud infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for your client portal account.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data (where applicable)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time

International Transfers

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
